How it works
Four steps, and then it runs.
Setup takes one sitting. After that, the only thing that needs you every week is the approval.
Connect your networks
Link the Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts you want Prism to post to. The connection is made through each network's own login, and you can disconnect any account at any time from your settings. Prism shows you the health of every connection, so you know before publishing day if something needs to be reconnected.
Prism builds the strategy from your brand brief
You answer a short brief: what you do, who you are talking to, how you sound, your colors, what you never want said. Prism turns that into content pillars and a weekly plan — the reason behind each post, not just the post. You can edit the brief whenever the business changes, and the plan follows.
Send material through the upload link or Drive
You get a private upload link you can give to anyone on your crew — no account, no app, it works from a phone on a job site. If you already keep photos in Google Drive, connect a folder instead and Prism picks up what lands there. Photos and videos are what turn a plan into real posts about real work.
Approve from your phone, Prism publishes and reports
Each piece arrives for review with its caption and its media. Approve it, ask for changes in your own words, or skip it. Approved pieces are scheduled and published to the connected accounts, and you get back a plain record of what went out, where, and what failed if anything did.
Questions before you start?
Accounts are opened by invitation, so the first step is usually a conversation.
