There is no form here on purpose. Write to us in your own words — it tells us more than a set of fields would.
What to write about
- A new account. Tell us what your business does, where you post today, and how often. Accounts are opened by invitation, so this is where it starts.
- A question about a plan. Which limits matter to you and how much material you already have — that is usually enough for us to point at the right plan.
- Support. If you already have an account, write from the email address on it and say which workspace, so we can find it straight away.
- Privacy and deletion requests. Same address. What we store and how deletion works is set out in the privacy policy.
